1. Data controller

2. Data collected

We only collect the data strictly necessary to process your requests.

You contact us directly through the channel of your choice, and you alone decide what information you share with us.

Via WhatsApp:

• Phone number
• Content of exchanged messages

Via email or the contact form:

• Name and email address
• Message content

Via the online booking area (Xplor Deciplus):

• The data you enter when registering and booking sessions
• This data is processed by Deciplus on its own platform (see section 7)

No banking data is collected by the site. Any payments are made off-site, by bank transfer or another method agreed directly with Hugo Taurand.

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is collected and used exclusively to:

• Respond to your information requests
• Prepare a personalised quote
• Schedule and organise your coaching sessions
• Keep you informed about your programme (clients only)
• Comply with our legal and accounting obligations

No marketing use without your express consent. Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing of your data is based on:

• Your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a): when you voluntarily contact us via WhatsApp, email, phone or the contact form
• Performance of a contract (GDPR article 6.1.b): for the follow-up of coaching services
• A legal obligation (GDPR article 6.1.c): for keeping invoices (10 years)

5. Retention period

• Unanswered contact requests: 12 months maximum, then deleted
• Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 3 years for prospecting purposes
• Invoices and accounting data: 10 years (legal obligation, article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code)

6. Cookies and trackers

The builtcoaching.fr website does not use any advertising cookies, nor any audience measurement tool (Google Analytics or equivalent).

Most pages on the site set no cookies at all. Some pages do embed third-party content that sets its own cookies on load:

• Google Fonts: the site's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), on every page. This request sends your IP address to Google. No cookie is set in the process, and no consent is required.
• Xplor Deciplus: the booking page embeds the Deciplus schedule. This service sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function (session, booking), exempt from consent under CNIL's cookie guidance.
• Instagram (Meta) and Google Maps: the Testimonials page embeds Instagram videos, the Contact page a location map. Both services set audience measurement and personalisation cookies that are not strictly necessary.

For these last two services, a consent banner is shown on your first visit. Nothing loads until you click "Accept": without your consent, only an information placeholder is shown instead of the content. You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie settings" button visible at the bottom of the page.

7. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by the following technical processors, solely within the scope of the service:

• Xplor Deciplus: managing registrations, bookings and online payments (booking schedule)
• Web3Forms: delivering messages sent via the site's contact form
• Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and forwarding emails received at contact@builtcoaching.fr to Hugo Taurand's professional address (Cloudflare Email Routing)
• Google Ireland Ltd.: providing typefaces (Google Fonts) and displaying the location map (Google Maps) on the Contact page
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: displaying embedded Instagram videos on the Testimonials page

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf, in accordance with its own GDPR compliance commitments.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights at any time:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to object to processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time

You will receive a response within one month at most.

In the event of a disagreement, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr.

9. Data security

We implement all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The site is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption), hosted on Cloudflare's secure infrastructure.

10. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any substantial change will be indicated on this page with an explicit update date.
